There is nothing more powerful than writing it out.
Write out your dreams from the night before.
Write out the dreams that you hope to occur in the future.
Write a list of what you are grateful for as often as you can remember.
Write out your pain. Help yourself to process the trauma.
Write your thoughts. Get them out of your head.
Write why you love yourself and why you are awesome.
Start to note the little things that occur in life that remind you that you are on the right path.
Journal when you go to bed at night.
Journal when you wake up in the morning.
Write a letter to the person that really hurt your feelings or pissed you off. Then, throw it away.
Never stop writing.
