Breathe from your heart.

Sometimes, I can be a bit too much in my head.  I think constantly.  Meditation and breath work have been really awesome ways for me to re-center myself.

Take some time to practice taking slow deep breaths from your heart.  Focus on something funny, a relaxing image or an enjoyable memory.  As slowly as you can, fill your lungs until there is not more room for air.  When you exhale, let out a nice ahhh sound.  It does wonders for the soul.
