…There was a special moment when I lived in Los Angeles.  I was sitting in bumper to bumper traffic on one of the busiest highways in the country.  I was in such a peaceful space that I felt gratitude to live in such an awesome location that so many people would want to live there…

Be vulnerable.

Feeling exposed is most often associated with uncomfortable feelings.  Vulnerability is linked to the fear of rejection and being hurt.  There is a great strength and power that comes from being vulnerable. 
When you speak from a place of truth, centered in love, your words can move mountains.  When you are honest about your feelings, beliefs and thoughts, you are standing in your power.
